Abstract

Aim. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the educational potential of collective creative work in an inclusive primary school classroom and to identify the pedagogical conditions for its successful implementation, as well as to reveal the pedagogical essence of collective creative work as a technology of education.
Methodology and results. Collective creative work is considered as a pedagogical technology that creates conditions for the social and moral development of primary school children in an inclusive educational space. The research procedure is mainly theoretical and analytical in nature. The authors consistently reveal the pedagogical technology of collective creative work through the description and study of its stages – planning, preparation, conduct, discussion of results and reflection.
Research implications.  The theoretical analysis shows that collective creative work creates an environment in which the joint activities of children and adults acquire a value orientation and contribute to the development of the child's communicative and social competencies. Teamwork enhances a child's emotional stability, develops initiative, strengthens a sense of belonging to a team and increases his self-confidence.
